Embodying the Expansion
Share
We often look outside ourselves for signs that life is expanding. A new opportunity. More abundance. An answer we have been waiting for. Something that tells us life is opening. And when we cannot see it yet, we can begin to wonder if anything is really moving. But perhaps expansion does not always become visible around us first. Sometimes, we are where it becomes visible first.
We can recognize it in what no longer overwhelms us the way it once did. In how we recover. In how we return to peace. In what we can hold now without losing ourselves inside of it. We may still meet uncertainty, disappointment, or moments that shake us, but something about the way we meet them has become different. Our capacity has grown. We have expanded.
We may recognize it in our inner guidance too. Something within us has become clearer. We sense what feels right more easily. We trust what we receive with greater assurance. Our relationship with Source, with the Divine, with life itself may have deepened in ways that are difficult to measure from the outside. Yet we know. There is a peace there that did not always exist. There is something alive within us now that experience has helped us recognize.
And perhaps this is what it means to embody the expansion. We stop treating expansion only as something that will happen when more arrives. We recognize that we are already living evidence of it. The way we think. The way we trust. The way we carry life. The way we return to ourselves. These are not small things happening while we wait for expansion. They are expansion taking form within us.
This recognition changes the season we are standing in. What may have looked like waiting can reveal itself as preparation. While we were looking for more, we were becoming able to hold more. While we were asking for the next opening, something within us was already opening.
And maybe that is where embodiment becomes powerful. Once we recognize what is already alive within us, we no longer relate to it as something far away. We know it. We carry it. We live from it. We allow ourselves to recognize that the expansion we have been asking life to show us has already begun.
Before life reflects the expansion back to us, it often teaches us how to embody it first.
