If It Doesn’t Fly, Let It Rest

A simple way to clear your field and hear what comes next

Sometimes we feel something rise. An emotion, a tightness, a frustration, an ache. We might call it stress or anxiety or just a heaviness in the air. It shows up and most of the time, we let it stay. We wait for it to pass. We try to push through. We act like it’s normal. But here’s what we forget. We have the authority to clear the field. If an energy is here and it doesn’t move us forward, if it doesn’t lift or flow or inspire, then it’s tired. And it needs rest. We don’t have to carry what no longer wants to fly.

We can speak to the field. We can say this isn’t helping right now. I see you. I honor you. But you can rest now. And when we do that, something shifts. Not just in us. In the space around us. The field hears us.

Something always arrives right after, and somehow it feels both new and familiar. After we let the energy rest, really rest, something almost always comes in. A clear thought. A calm feeling. A simple knowing. Like the field is saying thank you for making space, here’s what’s next. That’s when your whole being says yes. The emotional body finally lines up with the rest. The mind, the heart, the spirit, the body as one. Everything clicks into place.

You feel overwhelmed. So much to do. So little time. Your chest is tight. Instead of spiraling, you pause. You say to yourself this overwhelm isn’t helping. It’s not flying. It can rest now. You breathe. You let it go. And two minutes later, a clear next step drops in. Call this person. Start with this task. Skip that one thing you thought was urgent. Now everything feels lighter. And it all makes sense. That’s what clearing the field does. It aligns you.

What this is really about is learning how to live in right relationship with energy. We are not here to manage what no longer belongs in motion. We are not here to carry what’s tired. We are here to notice and to honor and to release. Because the field is always listening. And when we clear it with love, it gives us exactly what we need next.
